Structural steel beams are used in construction to support loads and provide structural support. Structural steel beams are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes, including wide flange beams, I-beams, and H-beams.

Structural columns are used to support steel beams or sometimes just wood structure.  They are made from steel, which is a strong and durable material that is well-suited for use in construction due to its high strength-to-weight ratio and ability to withstand loads. Structural columns are available in a wide range of sizes, typical columns are either made from round tubing or square and often have welded cap plates with holes for attaching to beams or brackets to support wood and base plates for bolting to the floor.
